Policies/Shipping and FAQ's

We take 2 - 5 business days to process your order + regular USPS, as items are handcrafted.  Most T-shirts, Onesees ,Totes and clothing items are printed when the order is made.  Because of the custom nature of these items additional time is required for production and then shipping.

Printed shirts  and Totes are cut and sew items and may require additional processing time.  We carry a large selection of items, women's jewelry items are available for purchase and  exclusively showcased at G Harmony Apparel retail store in Miami, FL..  All other items, including Men's, Children's are available directly from the our website.  If you have a question regarding in stock or the availability of an item, please reach out to us @ pkdesigns2015@gmail.com.

 

Returns

Problem with your order?  Please send a short description describing the issue, pictures and the order number within 30 days to pkdesigns2015@gmail.com

Due to COVID19 We will not accept returns on any opened or unpackaged item, if the seal is broken, it can not be returned..  If you receive an item that is damage during shipping, do not open it, please email us @ pkdesigns2015@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

All orders are final, we cannot cancel custom orders once production has started, these items are specifically made at the customers request, please ensure you request proper sizing prior to placing your order.  It may be possible to cancel an order if the item is stocked in the custom size.  Contact us ASAP if there is a need for cancellation or changes to a custom item.

Shipping

We are currently only shipping in the United States, Due to COVID19 shipping times may vary, please order well in advance of the date you expect to use your item(s) as we are not responsible for postal delays.

Product Disclaimer

We use traditional jewelry metals, brass, nickel free products when creating our jewelry, if you have sensitivities or allergies to these type of metals, use any precautionary measures you would normally use when purchasing retail pieces.  We suggest using an Alchemy or any marketed spray protectant prior to wearing.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, materials, patterns and color may vary.

Children under 18 years of age must seek parental approval prior to making purchases.
